Onboarding and induction training

Induction marks the beginning of the relationship between employer and employee and is of fundamental importance in setting standards and patterns of behaviour for the future.

All of the onboarding and induction programs we design and deliver are different - because every organisation is different.  The most successful learning usually incorporates some fun.  However, the word 'fun' comes with a health warning.  It must be enjoyable and engaging without being patronising.  Our idea of fun is not so much to do with games per se, as it is with making the solution immersive, interesting and rewarding.

Onboarding begins the day your new starter signs their contract. Key information and a sense of the organisation they have joined can be provided even before they step through the door. Then from day one on the job, we'll create an induction programme that effectively blends a number of delivery mechanisms - because we know that nothing can substitute meeting the people you will be working with! But as technology becomes more sophisticated so do the creative solutions we can offer to make your new employees feel welcome, valued, motivated and committed in those important early days and weeks.
