Are you getting the most out of your assessments?

Theatre 8 on Wednesday 3rd February at 1400

Most L&D professionals use end of course assessments to see whether learners have gained the required level of knowledge from their training. Despite being a powerful tool in the training kit, far fewer use diagnostic assessments as a rule.

The session will explore:

  • what diagnostic assessments are, and the key ways in which they differ from other common assessment types
  • the ways in which they benefit learners, instructors and organisations
  • what you need to consider when designing an effective diagnostic assessment
  • how you can combine diagnostic assessment with other assessment types to get a more accurate picture of return on investment
  • how diagnostic assessments can help you create a personalised course…

and more!

Taking e-learning from the virtual world into the real world

Theatre 9 on Thursday 4th February at 1330

The new “blend” of e-learning and coaching combine to deliver more meaningful and effective learning, creating greater value for everyone. The speakers will talk about how bringing together e-learning and coaching makes learning stick and gives people the confidence to apply what they learn.

We will be on stand N9 both days and look forward to seeing you there!
