We’ve all heard the arguments for m-learning many times: people spend two hours, three hours, five hours… on their mobile phones every day. They expect to transition smoothly from a computer to a phone. We’re not making the most of the new technology if we don’t make courses available on phones. We’re not understanding our learners.

Here at Walkgrove, our focus is on producing learning resources that keep our learners engaged and motivated. And so it should be. But while the focus should be on the learner, as Project Managers, we also have to look to our team in order to achieve this.
In this white paper we look at:
- what diagnostic assessments are, and the key ways in which they differ from other common assessment types;
- the ways in which they benefit learners, instructors and organisations;
- what you need to consider when designing an effective diagnostic assessment;
- how diagnostic assessments can help you create a personalised course.
As always, get in touch if you would like to talk to us about creating engaging and motivating e-learning for your learners.
