Home Office - Business continuity

Initially aimed at around 3,500 Home Office staff, the aim of this e-learning is to raise awareness of business continuity.

The program uses newsroom style video clips to introduce typical scenarios with which the learner is required to interact in order to  demonstrate an understanding of concepts and procedures.

The program comprises the following modules: 

  • Module 1: Introduction
  • Module 2: What is Business Continuity?
  • Module 3: What we do at the Home Office – our approach
  • Scenario 1: Loss of IT
  • Scenario 2: Severe weather
  • Final assessment: 10 questions from a bank of 20
