In order to give their outsourcing bids competitive edge, Capita wanted to convert their highly successful video and text-based career development training to e-learning.
The modular program comprises video, self-assessment exercises and research and planning tools.
Exercises and planning tools are designed to be printed off and completed to build up a reference portfolio for the learner which can be discussed with an adviser if necessary.
The program allows the user to work through it in linear fashion or to select options from the menus. A learner may, for example, just want to either develop or amend a CV in light of best practice. Or they may wish to brush up on their interviewing skills via research, use of the planning tools and by watching the video.
