We are proud of the relationships we have built with our clients. This is what a few of them had to say about us!
Walkgrove have been fantastic at helping us, at ASOS, bring our systems training into the 21st century and guiding us to deliver it in a way that fits our brand identity.
E-learning has been well received by the teams and will now form a large part of our training programme going forward. Walkgrove have met challenging targets we have set but remained a pleasure to work with throughout and we look forward to building on our relationship in the future.
It is to the huge credit of Walkgrove that they have taken on this unique training with all its difficulties. They have employed techniques which required members to take responsibility for their own learning by active participation. That exercise has resulted in members becoming mutually supportive. Not only have they learned a great deal but they have developed an esprit de corps. The training programme has been extremely successful and other agencies view it with respect and admiration. I now consider that against all the odds, in a very short space of time, I have acquired three hundred members who are competent, confident and desperately anxious to deliver a service that is worthy of the commitment which our society has made to a very vulnerable group within it.
I am quite delighted and I think the program is going to be a credit to both the CITB and to Walkgrove. Some of the cartoons and illustrations are quite magnificent and anyone who works through just one module of it would have a good understanding of the issues involved.
I was at a JCP lessons learned workshop yesterday and the feedback from JCP on the e-learning was that many agents thought it was the best they had ever gone through, both in terms of the package/interface and how well it mirrored live. So many thanks and congratulations on a job well done!
I have to say, Emirates are extremely pleased with your services and I would like to thank you for absorbing the cost over-runs.
Although this was the first time the Home Office had worked with Walkgrove we were impressed by the project team’s ability to create the course to our standards and specifications without problems. The project team followed our documentation without requiring extra guidance to produce a course that would run on our system.
…These courses are very interactive, so you feel like you are in a classroom with a teacher, brainstorming things. It is very interactive and also very challenging.
I recently completed the online course and it really made me think about how this fits with our values and that we are having a strong impact and demonstrating leadership through our approach.
What is fascinating about this one is that the supervisors like Amina and other technical supporters respond to questions as if the learner did really ask the questions. It is almost like a real life scenario.
Very many thanks to you both for your efficiency and professionalism in delivering the Operating Strategically e-learning against such a tight deadline. A real pleasure to work with you. I appreciated your responsiveness and always felt able to rely on the quality of what was produced.
I took the on-line Child Protection course recently and I must admit I was pleasantly
surprised with the appropriateness of the content, the very easy and user friendly
presentation as well as the close link between the issues explained and our internal reality. I think the course was very well thought, to make it attractive to the reader and effective at the same time. I have no doubt that it enforced my understanding and importance of this area but also showed me thorough policy we have in place. I am now a lot more aware of the risks we can potentially face. Thanks for such a good piece of work.
In addition, I'd like to take a moment to comment on the quality of the product, they're some of the best I've seen. As an ex-educational coach, I was very impressed by the pedagogy and workflow. I was wondering where you got them created, and the time and costs involved? If you are able to share this information, that would be greatly appreciated. Again, congratulations on a great product.
The PC-based weld assessment training module is great! I had all the Can Assembly managers go through it this week and they thought it was excellent. It was very visual with perfect animation that will benefit all levels of experience. We will be gaining exposure over the next weeks and will feedback results based on several different levels of mechanical abilities.
Walkgrove have proved themselves to be an ideal learning partner for us: they spend time building a relationship in order to fully understand both the nature of the business as well as the needs of the learners in that organisation. We have been able to remain involved in the design of the training throughout the process, and have been impressed with the empathetic approach of the project team, who showed us how to deal with potentially difficult subjects in an electronic format. We have been delighted with the finished training modules, and are proud to be associated with such creative and ground breaking training.
The biggest thing is awareness of cyclists. Before I’d have trundled past them and not paid them much attention but now I give them plenty of room and try and second guess where they might go. It was quite hard-hitting; it’s still with me now.
The course has been taken by all four staff members in Sweden. We all agreed that it was probably the best quality on-line course we’d taken, within or outside of the British Council. One of our staff members has a history of working with child protection in Scotland and has previously taken several courses on the subject. This staff member agreed that the course was very good quality and one of the few that seriously considered the perspective of the child.
We caught up with Dan Whitely to ask his opinion on our ReadytoGo Fundamentals modules, aimed at junior and aspiring managers. Dan, along with 20 other lucky winners, responded to our Learning at work offer in a recent email campaign. His extensive experience in L & D at Capita and, more recently, as e-learning designer at the Card Factory, meant that we were keen to hear what he thought. His feedback was pleasingly positive – he found the four modules selected to be engaging and refreshing in terms of design and content. He liked the scenario based learning, the characters used to lead learners through the learning and the clean design. Dan also mentioned that he had recently reviewed other e-learning which he found to be text heavy and dull by comparison. ReadytoGo Fundamentals comprises 20 bite-sized e-learning modules (15 minutes per module) and can be run on PCs, tablets and mobiles.
I really can't praise Walkgrove Ltd enough, they were a delight to work with, very professional and the project was delivered on time, on budget and the results far exceeded expectations. So if you're looking for an eLearning provider, look no further.
